Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales & Business Development professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving individual sales targets, generating qualified leads, supporting the field sales team, and building lasting client relationships. This role requires a strong phone presence, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual sales targets and support the sales team in meeting overall goals.
- Generate new leads through proactive outreach, field team collaboration, and online/offline campaigns.
- Contact potential clients via phone and present product offerings effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Clearly explain product features, advantages, and benefits to prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending customer orders.
- Negotiate with clients and close deals successfully.
- Coordinate with the Quotation Department and clients for seamless order processing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team and ensure timely coordination.
- Monitor and report on field sales staff activity including attendance and sales updates.
- Prepare and share daily sales performance reports.
