Job Description:

Prepare detailed quotations and send them to clients for review and discussion with our Inside Sales Team.

Revise and update quotations as needed, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.

Thoroughly review and study all tender documents.

Coordinate with relevant departments to complete and submit tender documents accurately.

Ensure timely and proper submission of tenders to meet deadlines.

Complete daily assignments to meet project timelines and deadlines.

Qualities Required:

Excellent communication skills, especially in English (English Medium Education from KG STD preferred).

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to understand and work with formulas.

Good mathematical skills with the ability to perform basic calculations accurately and quickly.

Proficiency in units of measurement – Length, Area, Volume & Weight.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Qualification:

Diploma in Engineering / Mechanical / Production / Instrumentation / Electrical

B.Sc. / Engineering Graduate

Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience
